The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) 2025 has released its counselling schedules at their official website https://josaa.nic.in/schedule/. This marks the beginning of the counselling season for all those students who have decided to make their career in engineering and appeared in JEE MAIN Exams this year.The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) has announced earlier that JoSAA Counselling 2025 will start from June 3. Candidates eligible to participate in the counselling process include those who have cleared the JEE Main 2025 or will clear the JEE Advanced 2025. This year, the counselling will consist of five rounds, with an exclusive final round for seat allocation in IITs and NIT+ institutes. The counselling process will begin with the registration and choice filling window, open from June 3 to June 12. To assist candidates in making well-informed choices, JoSAA will conduct two mock seat allotments—on June 9 and June 11—based on the choices submitted by candidates. Candidates must finalize and lock their preferences by June 12. The seat allotment process will proceed with the first round of seat allotment on June 14. Subsequent rounds will take place on June 21 (Round 2), June 28 (Round 3), July 4 (Round 4), and July 10 (Round 5). Finally, a special round for IITs and NIT+ institutes will be held on July 16.
