Refund Policy for payment
Do read the sections carefully to understand the conditions and cases under which returns will be accepted.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for unused subscription periods, accidental purchases, or any similar reason or event, unless required by law to do so.
- Subsciption not visible in users subscribed plans - Customer received subsciption email / SMS, but the subscribed product did not get added to user account.
- Wrong Subsciption - Customer made the payment for the product, but the subscribed product shown in his / her Subscribed Plans does not match for which the payment was made.
- In case the product was not delivered or a wrong product was delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of confirmation email/sms to investigate.
All our services require just one time payment. There are no recurring fees ever! Hence, there is no option to cancel any service. The user can only buy or upgrade a service.
