Founded in 2001 by the Kalyan Bharti Trust, HITK is a private autonomous engineering college in eastern Kolkata. Affiliated with MAKAUT, it offers accredited B.Tech and postgraduate programs in engineering, management, and applied sciences. The compact 10-acre urban campus supports six academic schools and ~60 labs. HITK earned NAAC ‘A’ accreditation and ranks within the NIRF 201–250 band.
