Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram

Established in 1999 in Palakkad district, GEC Sreekrishnapuram is a public engineering college under the Kerala government, affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Situated on a 33-acre rural campus, it offers six B.Tech programs—Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, and Civil—plus M.Tech programs in Computational Linguistics, Robotics, and Electrical Drives & Control. The institution includes central labs, a digital library, seminar halls, hostels, an entrepreneurship cell, and a technical incubator. Student strength is around 1,350 undergraduates and 36 postgraduates supported by about 65 faculty members.
