JMI's Faculty of Engineering & Technology (FET), established in 1985, offers B.Tech, M.Tech, M.Sc, and Ph.D. programs across core engineering disciplines, including specialized streams in AI/Data Science, VLSI Design, Environmental Engineering, and Aeronautics. FET has introduced new B.Tech programs in Data Science, VLSI, and Electrical & Computer Engineering under recent curriculum revisions. The faculty consists of over 130 staff engaged in research and consultancy in emerging fields like smart grids, robotics, 5G, nano‑electronics, and advanced manufacturing. Laboratories, student chapters (IEEE, SAE, ASME etc.), and frequent hackathons enrich the campus experience. With strong academic infrastructure, interdisciplinary outlook, and steady growth in technical impact and placements, JMI FET continues to emerge as a central university‑level engineering leader in Delhi.
