Established in 1963 and managed by the Rashtriya Sikshana Samithi Trust, RVCE is a flagship autonomous engineering college affiliated with VTU. It offers 12–14 UG engineering programs (including Aerospace, Biotechnology, Industrial Engineering, and Data Science), multiple master’s programs, and doctoral studies. Spread over ~17 acres in a leafy campus along Mysore Road, RVCE ranks consistently among India’s top self-financed engineering institutions (NIRF ~100). It features strong research, collaborations, and industry linkages.
