Founded in 2015 under Adani University, AIIE specializes in infrastructure-focused engineering education. The institute offers four AICTE‑approved undergraduate programs—Civil & Infrastructure, Electrical, Information & Communication Technology (ICT), and Computer Science & Engineering (AI‑ML)—with an annual intake of approximately 240 students. Situated on the expansive Shantigram campus, AIIE features modern labs (AI/ML, communications, network security), library, auditorium, and hostel facilities. Admissions are via GUJCET and JEE Main, with eligibility thresholds around 45–60% in class XII. Despite being a young institute, it maintains a dedicated placement cell, delivering median packages of ₹3.6 LPA and placements in top infrastructure and tech firms such as L&T, Reliance Infra, Tata Power, and Adani Group companies.
